Service Terms
- Pickup and delivery times are estimated; delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons.
- Customers must check clothing pockets before handing over clothes. We are not responsible for items left inside.
- Stain removal is done with utmost care, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Payments
- All payments must be made as per the selected plan (online/cash).
- Prices may vary based on clothing material and service type.
Damage & Liability
- We handle clothes with care, but in rare cases of damage/loss, our liability is limited to up to 5 times the cleaning charge of the item.
- Delicate and designer wear will be processed only at customer’s risk.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup.
- Once cleaning has started, no refund will be provided.
Changes to Terms
Cleanman reserves the right to update these terms anytime. Customers are advised to review them periodically.
